We are focused on building strong positions in a series of specialist end markets and subject categories and, through providing expert knowledge, relevant connections and targeted access to buyers, helping the businesses and professionals that work in them to learn more, know more and do more.
Through 2021 to 2024, this strategy is being delivered through Informa’s Growth Acceleration Plan II, GAP II. GAP II is designed to deepen our market specialisation and accelerate digitisation throughout Informa.
GAP Portfolio Focus
Consolidate our leadership positions in Business-to-Business Markets and Digital Services across our Informa Markets, Informa Connect and Informa Tech divisions, and in Academic Markets & Knowledge Services through our Taylor & Francis business
GAP Digital & Data
Accelerate the pace of digitisation and use of data in all our businesses, with further expansion in Open Research and in Business-to-Business Market Access
GAP Leadership & Talent
Deepen our digital and data capabilities, through investing in skills development and in the creation of new roles
GAP Investment
Invest up to £150m through the 2021-2024 GAP II period, funding programmes that expand our range of digital services and accelerate growth
GAP Shareholder Returns
Return value to shareholders through a share buyback programme and special dividend
GAP FasterForward
Embed sustainability, and our FasterForward commitments, throughout all GAP II initiatives, achieving a number of specific targets for energy, waste, carbon and content impact
